Now Hiring: Licensed Hairstylists
The Role
Larkspur Salon Spa is looking for licensed hairstylists to join our upscale salon spa, where we work exclusively with Aveda’s professional product line. This is a commission-based position with tips, ideal for a stylist who’s confident across a full range of cutting, coloring, and styling services for a diverse clientele.
What We’re Looking For
- An active cosmetology / hairstylist license.
- Aveda product knowledge preferred (not required — we’re happy to get you up to speed).
- Strong cutting, coloring, and styling skills across a wide range of hair types and client needs.
- A professional, polished demeanor and strong communication skills with clients.
- Comfort with self-promotion — building and growing your own client base is part of the role, and we support you in doing it (see below).
Our Space
You’ll work in a fully equipped, upscale studio: seven styling stations (one of which converts into a private room), three shampoo/washing stations, a central vacuum system, and retractable ceiling-mounted hair dryers.

Now Hiring: Front Desk Coordinator
The Role
Front Desk Coordinators are the face of Larkspur Salon Spa — the first person our clients see when they walk in, and the voice they hear on the phone. This is an hourly, non-salaried position with responsibilities that include opening and closing the salon, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking in on client satisfaction, keeping our social media updated, and helping keep the space clean and welcoming.
