IMPORTANT:

  • Credit card is required with your first booking.
  • Please note that we cannot add a gratuity to your credit card. Separate cash, personal check or Venmo is required.

15 % OFF MULTI-SERVICE DISCOUNT
When you schedule 3 or more services in one day, you will receive 15% off each service. Please note that hair cutting + coloring is considered to be ONE (hair) service, brow + lip + chin hair removal is considered to be ONE (waxing) service. Booking a facial, a manicure, and a haircut and color would be considered 3 services and therefore eligible for discount; booking three areas to be waxed or a haircut + color and lip wax would not be eligible. If you have any questions when booking appointments, please feel free to ask the Guest Services Coordinator if your services qualify for the multi-service discount. Upon scheduling multiple services a credit card will be required.

CHECK-IN
For spa appointments, we suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to you appointment time to check in, change into a robe and complete any paperwork. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please call to reschedule your service.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price. No-shows will be charged the full amount. A credit card number is required at the time of booking to hold any and all appointments. For wedding parties that have already paid a deposit: cancellations within 1 week of the wedding will be charged a minimal fee, or up to the full amount of the deposit.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY
Children are only permitted in the salon and spa when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, however we cannot assure their safety in a salon spa environment. Additionally, we do not want to compromise the relaxation of our clients.

CONFIRMATION CALLS
As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your appointments prior to your visit. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.

CELL PHONES
We hope to offer each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. During your visit, we would appreciate you silencing your cell phone.

RETURNS
No cash refunds will be offered. Our retail return policy allows you to return any item for store credit or as an exchange toward another product within 60 days of purchase. We do not give refunds for services rendered.  If any service does not meet your expectation based on the consultation with your service provider, please let us know within 48 hours. We will bring you in for another consultation and correct any issue.

GRATUITY
Prices do not include gratuity except for group reservations. In appreciation for outstanding services, cash or check gratuities may be given at your discretion. Please be aware that gratuities cannot be added to a credit card payment.

SPA COMFORT
Respect for your privacy is our primary concern. Some spa treatments require the removal of clothing. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Careful draping procedures are followed at all times, and we encourage you to communicate any discomfort to your therapist. For your convenience, a robe and slippers will be provided.

PERSONAL POSSESSIONS
If you are receiving a spa service, lockers are provided. However, we request that you leave valuables at home. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles. We suggest you wear our provided robes when receiving any service. If you choose not to change, we will not be responsible for any damage to clothing.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Larkspur specific Gift Cards and Certificates can be purchased in any dollar amount and may be used in the salon or spa for any services or retail purchase. Gift Cards and Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuity. Gift Cards and Certificates are non-refundable. The value of a Gift Certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission. Gift Cards and Certificates must be presented at time of service. Gift Cards and Certificates should be used within one year of purchase date. At this time we are only able to accept Larkspur specific Gift Cards and Certificates. We are unable to accept any Aveda or other Gift Cards.
